Sunday morning might be the purest expression of the brand because almost nothing has to happen.

There is coffee. There is a record. There is a chair. Maybe the dog is awake. Maybe nobody else is. The house has not decided what kind of day it is going to be.

Make the coffee ritual slightly better

You do not need a laboratory. A decent burr grinder, beans you actually like, a kettle or machine that does not annoy you, and a mug with some weight to it are enough.

Play an album, not a playlist

An album creates a container. You do not have to decide what happens every four minutes. Put on side A and let somebody else make the decisions for twenty minutes.

Leave the phone elsewhere

This is not a productivity hack. It is simply nice to have a part of the week that does not require you to be reachable by everybody you have ever met.
